              Schneider Electric offers specialist Project Management solutions and services to the electrical industry which includes:

              • Project analysis and devising of the project plan
              • Determination of design standards, (Software and hardware), to be followed during the project.
              • Performing conceptual design.
              • Facilitating the tender process with System Integrators (SI).
              • Supervising the project in adherence to the project plan.
              • Ensuring SI's provide all technical documentation and software.
              • Ensuring compliance to all applicable OHS and SABS standards.
