          Booking Procedure

           
           

          1 - Please ensure that bookings are made well in advance.
           
          2 - Telephonic bookings are accepted, subject to the completion and return of our confirmation form and a copy of your order
           
          3 - Notification of change of delegate or cancellation to be relayed to the training secretary.
           
          4 - Course fees are due prior to the commencement of the respective course :
          - By cheque – seven days prior to the course date.
          - By bank guaranteed cheque or cash, payable to the training secretary before commencement on the first day of the course.
           
          5 - In the event of non-attendance, course fees are not refundable. However, should prior notice thereof be received, alternative arrangements can be made.
           
          6 - Substitutions for nominated delegates are accepted, provided they have the necessary qualifications.
           
          7 - Cancellations are accepted up to seven days prior to the date of commencement of the course. Thereafter, a 20% cancellation fee will be levied.
